Orders are shipped within 7-10 days via UPS Ground or FedEx.

Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military APO addresses.

SALES TAX
State sales tax will be applied to any order delivered to the state of New York.

HOW DO I FIND THE SHIPPING CHARGES BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?
Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you are interested in. This wil put the item in your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. Click "check out" from the shopping cart. Complete the shipping information and then click "Continue". The next screen will show the total of your order, including shipping charges. If you wish to place the order, you wil then be asked for the billing address and credit card number. The order is not placed until you enter this in information and click on "Continue". You may leave at any time prior to this and the order will not be processed.

REMOVING ITEMS
To remove any item(s) from your cart, change the quantity to zero (0) for each item you want to remove, and click "Recalculate". You may also click "empty cart" to remove all the items from your cart at once.
Any time you want to see your current order so far, click "vew cart" at the top of the screen. New purchaces go to the bottom of the shopping cart screen. You may need to scroll down to see them, depending on the resolution of your display.

CHECK OUT / FINALIZING ORDER
When you're finished shopping, and you have selected all the personalization options for each product in your cart, click "Finalize Order" from the shopping cart screen, and follow the instructions.
